CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests for cancelling or rescheduling should be sent to thairvox@gmail.com. Confirmed and scheduled lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. If a cancellation needs to be made the day of a lesson, the student will be charged a rescheduling fee of 15 dollars. Some emergencies will waive the fee.
If a student anticipates a late arrival, they can send a warning email to thairvox@gmail.com or call the contact number in confirmation email. Should a student arrive later than 15 minutes than the scheduled time without a warning, the lesson is cancelled without refund.
